Vegan Miso Salad Bowl
This Vegan Miso Salad Bowl is a delightful combination of fresh vegetables, protein-rich quinoa, and a flavorful miso dressing. Its a quick and nutritious meal perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- For the Miso Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
Shred the carrots, slice the cucumber, cook the quinoa, and chop the green onions
Then, put all of these ingredients in a large bowl
To make the dressing, mix the white miso paste, rice vinegar, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, and water in a separate small bowl
Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth
Pour the miso dressing into the salad bowl and gently toss the ingredients to cover them all
Add roasted sesame seeds on top to make it look nice
