Grapefruit Gin Fizz

A refreshing and citrusy cocktail featuring the delightful combination of gin and grapefruit juice, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Club soda
• Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions:

Put ice in a shaker

Gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup should all be put into the shaker

Make sure to shake it well until its cold

Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled glass that is already cold

Add club soda on top

Put a grapefruit twist on top
