5 Secrets to Perfect Crispy Kale Chips
You can make kale chips at home, and they are a tasty and healthy snack. These 5 tips will help you make sure that every time you make kale chips, they are perfectly crispy.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, washed and thoroughly dried
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Nutritional yeast, to taste optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 275F 135C
Take the kale leaves off the stems and tear them into small pieces
Pour the olive oil over the kale in a large bowl and mix it in with your hands until the leaves are evenly covered
Place the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
If you want, you can sprinkle sea salt and nutritional yeast on top
Check on the kale often to make sure it doesnt burn and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until its crispy and slightly browned
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before you serve
