Asian Grilled Vegan Portobello Mushroom Burger

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and maple syrup to make the marinade

Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and place them in a shallow dish

Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes
