Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Burgers

These Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Burgers are a spicy and savory delight that combines the flavors of a classic jalapeno popper with a juicy burger. The cream cheese, jalapeno, and bacon create a mouthwatering combination that will satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 beef burger patties
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, sliced and seeded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil for grilling

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

While the grill is heating, season the burger patties with salt and black pepper

Spread cream cheese evenly on each burger patty

Place 2 slices of bacon on a clean surface, forming a cross shape

Put a jalapeno slice in the center of the bacon cross and place a cream cheese-covered burger patty on top of the jalapeno slice

Wrap the bacon slices around the burger patty, securing them with toothpicks if needed

Repeat this process for the remaining burger patties

Brush the grill grates with cooking oil to prevent sticking

Place the bacon-wrapped burger patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the bacon is crispy and the burgers are cooked to your desired level of doneness

During the last few minutes of grilling, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill

Remove the burgers and buns from the grill

Assemble the burgers by placing each bacon-wrapped patty on a toasted bun
