Super Cute Apple Frog Charcuterie

This adorable charcuterie platter features a cute frog made from green apples and prosciutto, surrounded by a variety of delicious snacks. Its perfect for parties or as a fun and healthy snack for kids.

Ingredients:

• 1 green apple
• 2 slices of prosciutto
• 1/4 cup of grapes
• 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup of cheese cubes your choice
• 1/4 cup of assorted nuts
• 1/4 cup of crackers or breadsticks
• 2 small edible googly eyes
• 1 small raspberry or strawberry for the tongue
• Toothpicks for assembly

Instructions:

Wash and dry the green apple

Cut the green apple in half, and then cut one of the halves into a semi-circle shape to form the frogs body

Wrap the prosciutto slices around the apple semi-circle to create the frogs legs

Use toothpicks to attach the grapes, cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes, and assorted nuts to the frogs body as decoration

Place the edible googly eyes on the front of the frogs body

Cut a small triangular shape out of the raspberry or strawberry to create the frogs tongue, and attach it just below the eyes using a toothpick

Arrange the crackers or breadsticks around the frog as lily pads
