Bulgogi Burger

Bulgogi Burgers take the flavors of Korean bulgogi marinated beef and mix them with the classic American burger. These tasty burgers are a great way to try new kinds of food.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Sliced cheese optional
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions:

To make the Bulgogi marinade, put soy sauce, sugar, ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if you want in a bowl

Blend the ground beef into the sauce well after adding it

Put it in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes to marinate

Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat

Make four burger patties out of the beef mixture that has been marinated

Use vegetable oil to coat the grill or pan so that the burger patties dont stick

Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them

At the very end of the cooking time, you can add a cheese slice to each patty if you want

You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the buns to make the burgers

On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf

Then, add the cooked patty, sliced tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, and cheese if you want to use it

Wrap the burgers in the other half of the bun, and theyre ready to eat
