Grilled Chicken Salad - Texas Roadhouse Copycat
This recipe for grilled chicken salad tastes just like the one at Texas Roadhouse. Grilled chicken that is soft on top of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese, all tossed in a sour honey mustard dressing. This salad is filling and tasty, and it goes well with any meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to chicken breasts
Grill the chicken for six to eight minutes on each side, or until its fully cooked
After a few minutes of rest, cut the chicken into thin slices
Chop up lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, and parsley
Put them all in a large bowl and mix them together
On top, put sliced grilled chicken
Spread the honey mustard dressing on top of the salad
Add everything to the bowl and mix it well
Serve right away and enjoy
