Spicy Shrimp Skewers

These spicy shrimp skewers are perfect for Seafood Frenzy Friday They are quick to prepare and packed with flavor, making them a hit with seafood lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade

Toss to coat evenly

Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked bamboo skewers

Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque

Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce
