Seriously Easy Delish Healthy Parfait
Some healthy foods that you can make quickly are Greek yogurt, fresh berries, granola, and chia seeds. Its really simple to make, tastes great, and is great for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Put 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or jar
Put some mixed berries on top of the yogurt
Add a tablespoon of granola to the berries
Spread honey on top of the granola
On top, add 1/4 cup more of Greek yogurt
Add chia seeds to the top of the second layer of yogurt
Add the rest of the mixed berries on top
Pour more honey over the top to make it sweet
Add mint leaves as a garnish
Do the steps again to make more servings
Serve right away and enjoy
