Slow Cooker Potato, Kielbasa, and Spinach Soup with Gouda

Ingredients:
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Put the kielbasa, potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken broth, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker
If you set the setting to high, it will take 34 hours, but on low, it will take 68 hours
Shred Gouda cheese and add fresh spinach leaves
Mix well until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts
Add the heavy cream and mix it in well by stirring
